Minisuperspace Quantum Cosmology in Metric and Affine Theories of Gravity

چکیده

Minisuperspace Quantum Cosmology is an approach by which it possible to infer initial conditions for dynamical systems can suitably represent observable and non-observable universes. Here we discuss theories of gravity which, from various points view, extend Einstein’s General Relativity. Specifically, the Hamiltonian formalism f(R), f(T), f(G) gravity, with R, T, G being curvature, torsion Gauss–Bonnet scalars, respectively, developed starting Arnowitt–Deser–Misner approach. Universal Field Equations for Metric–affine Theories of Gravity

We show that almost all metric–affine theories of gravity yield Einstein equations with a non–null cosmological constant Λ. Under certain circumstances and for any dimension, it is also possible to incorporate a Weyl vector field Wμ and therefore the presence of an anisotropy. The viability of these field equations is discussed in view of recent astrophysical observations.

We study minisuperspace quantum cosmology for a 2+1 dimensional Ads universe and find wave function, then we extend the model to a canonically quantized field theory for quantum gravity, i.e., a midisuperspace and solve quantum constraint the wave functional of the field theory in the saddle point approximation, we find that these two approach yield in different results.
